Our cartridge system was developed to address these challenges and make powder management safe, convenient, and accessible for all users.
Designed for Ergonomics and Safety
Powder handling shouldn’t be a strain. That’s why each cartridge is designed with ergonomics in mind. Even at a full weight, the cartridge can be comfortably held and carried by hand. This reduces physical strain and allows operators to focus on the printing process rather than the material itself.
Reducing Errors with a Two-Cartridge System
To simplify handling and reduce mistakes, our system uses two distinct cartridges: a supply cartridge and an overflow cartridge. Each is color-coded, ensuring that the right powder is always in the right place. This reduces the risk of mix-ups and helps maintain consistent powder quality throughout the printing process.

Smart Material Management with NFC
Each cartridge comes with an NFC tag that tracks material use. The system prevents the combination of incompatible powders and monitors usage cycles. This ensures material quality and adds an extra layer of safety, even for users who are new to 3D printing.
Optimized Powder Circulation
Our system isn’t just safer, it’s also efficient. Powder circulates carefully within the system, so that most of it can be reused. Supply cartridges deliver fresh or sieved powder, while overflow cartridges collect processed powder. This reduces waste and supports a more sustainable workflow.
Minimizing Direct Powder Contact
Direct contact with powder is minimized thanks to the cartridge design. This makes the system easy to operate for anyone, even without prior experience, and aligns with our mission to make 3D printing accessible and safe for a wider audience.
