Since the beginning, our goal at One Click Metal has been to make metal 3D printing accessible, understandable, and usable for more people. With our BASEline systems, MPRINT and MPURE, we lowered the barrier to entry and made it possible for small and medium-sized businesses, research institutions, and innovators to successfully adopt metal additive manufacturing for the first time.
As our customers gained experience and discovered new applications, their needs evolved. It was clear that the next step was not to replace the BASEline, but to expand our portfolio to support customers who are moving from initial adoption into industrial production environments.
So we developed the new PROline system.
MPRINTpro – Designed for Series Production
At the center of the PROline is the new MPRINTpro printing unit. It is designed specifically for customers who need the ability to reliably produce medium to large parts in higher volumes. The machine includes a 500W laser, enabling faster build rates and the ability to process specialized materials that require higher energy input. This empowers users to move from prototyping to production.
Another key feature of the MPRINTpro is its self-cleaning filter system, developed together with Herding Filtertechnik. This filter is capable of running up to 500 hours without user interaction. By reducing maintenance requirements and extending operating intervals, it lowers running costs and increases machine uptime. Bringing this level of filter technology to the medium format segment allows more users to benefit from industrial performance in an accessible way.
MPUREpro – Efficient and Safe Powder Handling
To complement the MPRINTpro, we developed the MPUREpro unpacking and sieving unit, which focuses on making powder handling faster and more efficient. The MPUREpro uses vacuum conveying to transport powder directly to the sieving station, supporting a fast and precise unpacking process. This approach is ideal for customers working with larger powder volumes, helping them save time while maintaining safety and material integrity.
Additional features such as an integrated tool holder in the unpacking chamber and storage for up to six powder cartridges are designed to improve usability and streamline workflow. The result is a powder handling process that is intuitive and production-ready.

With the PROline, we are not replacing the BASEline. The BASEline continues to offer the most accessible way to enter the world of metal 3D printing with One Click Metal. The PROline builds on that foundation and provides the additional capabilities needed for customers who are ready to take the next step toward higher productivity and advanced manufacturing demands.
