  • Customer account & orders (WooCommerce): billing and shipping details, order history, and payment information (payments are processed by external payment service providers; we do not store your payment details).

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Art. 6 GDPR:

  • Orders and invoices → retained for 6–10 years as required by German commercial and tax law.

  • Contact inquiries → deleted after resolution, unless longer retention is required for legal reasons.
