2.4668 / NI718
Nickel alloy 2.4668/NI718 is a corrosion-resistant, high-strength nickel-based superalloy. Its elevated chromium and molybdenum content gives the alloy excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, even at high temperatures. As a precipitation-hardenable alloy, NI718 can be heat treated to reach very high strength levels. It is a well-established material for aerospace, energy, and tooling applications.
