The MPUREpro focuses on fast unpacking and sieving of parts, enabled by vacuum conveying the powder to the automatic sieving station. It’s process is ideally suited for large powder volumes and always ensures the safety of the operator.

Safe powder management
To ensure a clean and safe process, our metal powder is handled in cartridges.
1. Printing
The part is surrounded by unmelted, loose powder. Excess powder is collected in an overflow cartridge.
2. Unpacking
Unmelted powder is transferred to the automatic sieving station via vacuum conveying.
3. Sieving
Ultrasonic sieve prepares the powder for reuse. The sieved powder is collected in a supply cartridge.
