Tool steel 1.2709/M300 is a versatile maraging steel, well known for its excellent processability and dimensional stability in LPBF. Through simple age hardening, it combines high strength with good toughness. Components can easily be machined, welded, blasted, polished or coated. 1.2709 is widely used for tooling and high-strength components across many industries.
